DO YOU TRAVEL?
Absolutely! Our team is based in Charleston, SC but travels internationally for weddings. Travel is included within ten miles from our studio located at 43 Broad St. Please inquire for travel rates outside of this radius.

HOW DO I BOOK?
Feel free to fill out our inquiry form here. We will reply within 24 business hours to provide our availability and bridal pricing. Please check your spam folder to ensure you did not miss our reply. In the event we are available for your date, we will email you our fillable contract to secure your booking.

DO YOU WORK WITH OUTSIDE HAIR & MAKEUP ARTISTS?
Our team is filled with extremely experienced and talented hair and makeup artists. Since we offer both hair and makeup, we do not work alongside outside stylists. We are happy to provide both services for your entire bridal party. This keeps all looks cohesive and allows us to complete your wedding on schedule.

CAN I GET READY IN THE STUDIO?
We offer a studio rental package which includes catered brunch, mimosa bar, & dress steaming. Our studio is rented on a first come, first serve basis and is booked separately from hair and makeup.

WHAT IS YOUR LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE?
All of our stylists are required to have at minimum three years of experience in bridal artistry. Our bridal stylists are required to have a minimum of five years experience.

WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU ON THE WEDDING DAY?
We provide our full hair & makeup kits, professional makeup lighting, director chairs, and hand mirrors.

WHAT MAKEUP BRANDS DO YOU USE?
We use only professional luxury brands of makeup products included but not limited to Chanel, Gucci, Tom Ford, Dior, YSL, Nars, Charlotte Tilbury, & Laura Mercier.

WHAT HAIR PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
All of our products and tools are professional grade including but not limited to Kenra, Osis, Oribe, Amika, & Bumble and Bumble.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN STYLIST?
ou are welcome to browse our team of stylists on our instagram page and request the stylist who best fits your aesthetic. Please note, we also have extremely experienced senior stylists on our team who choose not to partake in social media. You are encouraged to show us inspiration photos so we can best match you with the appropriate stylist.

ARE YOU EXPERIENCED IN EHTNIC HAIR & MAKEUP
Absolutely! Our makeup artists are required to be trained and experienced in performing services on all beautiful women of all color. Our kits include the appropriate makeup products for all skin colors/types and the appropriate hair styling products for all hair textures. Our team is also made up of numerous women of color who you are welcome to request for your event.
13.
IS A TRIAL RUN REQUIRED?
A trial run is not required, however, it is highly encouraged. It is the perfect opportunity to meet the stylist who will spend your wedding day morning with you and to preview your wedding day look.
14.
WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE A TRIAL RUN?
We recommend doing your trial run a month out from your wedding date. This will ensure your hair length/color and skin tone/texture will be as similar as possible to the day-of. This will also give you time to think your look over and make any necessary adjustments. A bridal shower, dress fitting, or bridal portraits are all great opportunities to do the run through.
15.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY WEDDING DAY SERVICES?
We require the final balance to be paid in one transaction by the contract holder on the day of the wedding immediately following services. We accept cash or all major credit cards. We do not accept Venmo, checks, or any other form of payment for wedding day services.
16.
IS IT CUSTOMARY TO TIP MY STYLIST?
Gratuity is greatly appreciated by our team of stylists! While this is not required, a 20% tip is customary and may be given directly to your stylist via cash or Venmo. In the event you have multiple stylists, our team will split tips evenly amongst themselves.
17.
DO YOU RECOMMEND HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Yes, hair extensions amplify any style no matter your hair length or texture while increasing the longevity of your hairstyle. We are proud to carry our own line of human hair, double wefted, clip-in extensions in our studio. Your stylist would be happy to color match you when you come in for a trial! In the event you choose to purchase your extensions from another retailer, please ensure the extensions are 100% human hair.
18.
DO YOU RECOMMEND A SPRAY TAN?
Absolutely! We offer organic spray tans that are performed by one of our highly trained technicians. Being that our spray tans are organic, there are no orange derivatives. After being in the business for over a decade, we have found the most perfect solution that leaves you with a soft, natural glow. We recommend booking a tan for your entire bridal party 2-3 days prior to your event. CLICK HERE for more information.
